This garden center is owned by a personal friend of ours, but without bias, it is one of the best places you could go for your gardening needs and beyond! He closely monitors the quality of what he sells in his shop, even cultivating some of the plants himself. Year over year, he has expanded the collection of Georgia-based gifts, and he has won several awards as a business owner – both in the community and from his alma mater. If you are anywhere near or passing through Dalton, it will be worth your while to stop in!
Healthy Moving
I stumbled upon Jen Hoffman and her wealth of knowledge shared in her Coaching and Challenge Program late in the summer of 2017. She teaches yoga, but not in the traditional way. She offers many alterations for those with mobility issues, and her coaching has transformed the way that I think of “health” and “exercise.” Several months ago, she launched “End Self-Sabotage: Mindset Mastery Class.” This really helps get to the root of the challenges we face. – our mind. A broken mindset isn’t just related to health goals. It is all about no longer being your own biggest stumbling block in any area of life.
